A standard real estate commission is paid by the seller. So if I, Dmitriy Kuferberg, represent you as a buyer in the purchase of a home,
YOU DON'T PAY ME ANYTHING.

My rebate to you in conjunction with other credits and discounts
might be equal up to 70% of my commission or higher depending
on the purchase price of your home and might
COVER ALL CLOSING COSTS.

And yes, brand new homes sold through builders apply as well!
